Terms & Conditions
This Tech Mayaa Digital Solutions and Support Terms of Service (“Service Terms”) is provided to you (“Customer”) in connection with the Tech Mayaa Digital Solutions and Support Plan (the “Service”) that Customer has purchased. These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between Customer and Tech Mayaa with respect to the Service.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Upon purchase of the Service, Customer shall be eligible to receive the following via telephonic support:
- Software Installation
- Software assessment and removal of viruses and malware
- Memory installation
- Operating system installation
- Annual computer tune-up, including operating software system updates, speed optimization, junk files removal
- Hard-drive data removal upon request
- Password reset
Service is on a per-customer basis and is limited to One (1) device owned by the customer. In the case of a special one year contract for three devices, the service will be on Three (3) devices. The fee for the Service is a set fee without regard to usage (i.e., once the Customer has purchased the Service, there will be no refund of the fee even if the Customer does not use the Service thereafter). Customer must purchase the Service on a per-incident basis.
Training services are not included in the Service, but are available at Tech Mayaa’s standard service rate Customer pre-requisites: This service requires a functioning high-speed internet connection.
1: If the computer on which the Customer has service crashes or if customer wants to transfer the service to other computer, the Customer needs to call Tech Mayaa’s and update the information and that will be done instantly.
2: Tech Mayaa’s service will not include any hardware malfunction support or any parts replacements.
